Details below to sign up to the Junior Group Coaching Programme.


1. Check with Mark Johnson regarding availability and suitability to your preferred session if you haven’t already done so. There are currently waiting lists for most sessions.

2. Please read the terms and conditions here or see the bottom of this page before setting up your monthly direct debit.

3. Click here to setup the direct debit through GOCARDLESS. Payments will be taken on the 3rd of the month. (If you have two children please click here.)

4. Please complete the details/permissions form here if you haven’t already done so.

5. You will receive email confirmation that your place is reserved and the DD is setup.

Junior Group Coaching Terms and Conditions


Coaching Provided

All sessions will be coached by a PGA Golf Professional.

The duration of each weekly session will be either 45 minutes for the smaller groups/under 10’s groups and one hour for the bigger/advanced groups.

Sessions will run throughout the year through school term times (please see separate Term Time/Date) with breaks for school holidays.

Range ball, green fees, practice facilities and equipment for the coaching sessions are all provided.

Payments

Direct Debit payments will be collected monthly at the beginning of the month (3rd) in advance of the upcoming months coaching sessions. Each ‘coaching month’ will commence from the 1st of the month.

All payments will be made monthly through the GoCardless Direct Debit System.

Initial payment must be made before commencing coaching sessions.

Any change of fee’s will be communicated at least 7 days before being implemented.

Payments are annualised over a 12 month period, the package cost is evenly distributed over 12 months and they accommodate for the holiday periods.

Missed Sessions 

Any missed sessions will be forfeited unless of any series illness, injury, family bereavement etc. This will be reviewed on a case by case basis at our discretion.

Twenty fours hours notice must be given in any such circumstance.  

Cancellation and Non-Payment

If the payment transaction fails for any reason, coaching will cease at the end of the month from which the final payment was made. 

You have the right to cancel your direct debit at any time. Please give notice prior to cancelling.

Cancellation of the direct debit will result in the loss of place on that session and the place will be offered to another junior. If you would like to resume in the future then you will be placed on the waiting list until a space is available for your required session.

Behaviour

We expect all juniors to be well behaved and considerate to their fellow golfers. We also expect all juniors to respect the etiquette and rules of golf. Bad behaviour or disruption to classes will not be tolerated. Poor behaviour will lead to exclusion from the junior programme and your agreement will be terminated. 

Details and Permissions Form

Suitable clothing

Please make sure your child arrives in adequate clothing appropriate for the weather ie warm clothing including, coat, hat gloves etc in winter, hat in summer, waterproof jacket in case of rain etc.

Contract Information

All coaching agreements are with Mark Johnson Golf who is acting as a service provider for Styal Golf Club and is not an employee of Styal Golf Club. The PGA coaching team are contracted to deliver on behalf of Mark Johnson Golf.
